Not registering course completion on one device type.
Hi all - I'm curious if any of you have experienced this and have anything I can try as a solve or what to try to test next.
This is in relation to Rise 360 Microlearning modules. Our associates have multiple devices that they can use to complete on our LMS. All are working fine, except for 1 device. The browser is Chrome on a PC that isn't completing. This happens to be the same browser our registers are using and the course is completing fine. The only visual difference I've notice is in the images attached. On the PC, the arrow at the end of the module is not a replay arrow, but a down arrow.
Again - just curious if anyone else has had this occur and if you all have any ideas on a solve or what could be causing the issue. Thank you!

In our organization, using Chrome on a PC is the most reliable combination to ensure that course completion is achieved.
