"Note" block not showing up in published version

At the end of our Rise packages, we have a "continue" button, and then a note that describes whether to click "next" or exit the module. How it normally works: the learner clicks "continue", and then the note with instructions appear. But we're having an issue: upon a learner clicking the "continue" button, the note block does not show up. Instead, it's blank. Has anyone experienced something similar? This is happening both in published versions and just in preview mode in Rise.

    Hello Roger,

    Happy to help!

    I did a quick test on my end and it showed the basic functionality of the continue button working properly when placed before a "Note" block. It looks like the issue is isolated since we're not seeing this issue being reported by our other users.

    I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Are you able to replicate the behavior on a new Rise 360 course? 
    • Have you tried deleting and recreating the note block?

    If the issue is happening consistently for you even after recreating the affected blocks, please open a case with our support team here so we can investigate what's happening.
