Number in menu does not match slide numbers

Hello,

  I am having some issues with the player I believe.  When I look at the player's menu, the names of the quiz questions are not in numerical order, but when I look at my scene, the quiz questions are in numerical order.  Also, when I play through the quiz questions, they are in the correct order.  How do I get the player's menu to reflect the quiz questions in the correct order?  I am using storyline 3.  Please see images attached.
