Numbered bullet points are misaligned
When I use a 'numbered list' in Rise the text is not centered to the bullet. Is there anything I can do about it?
I attached an example image to illustrate what I'm talking about.

Hi Patty! The Introduction and Summary steps in a process block default to center alignment for your text. You can select your summary text and choose left alignment when the formatting tool appears.
Let me know if that's not working!
Hi Peter!
In a List Block, the number, checkbox, or bullet will be aligned to the top of the text. It sounds like you'd prefer an option for center alignment. I'll pass that suggestion along to my team!

Hi - I'm getting this mis-aligned bullets and text problem in Rise. Have tested it in Firefox, Chrome and Safari. They all show the same problem in the same way. It happens with all the bullet styles - numbers, check boxes, bullets. They seem to be top aligned. Not a beautiful thing. Is there a workaround or fix?

Thank you!
Hi all,
This issue with the misalignment of text and the numbered or bulleted list is fixed in the latest updates to Rise.
Let us know if you are still running into any issues!
Hey folks,
Really sorry this bug is affecting all of you. We're working through this with our Product team now, and I'll let you know as soon as I have an update.
Regarding your question about bullet color and number size, the formatting of bullets and numbers in a text block won't use the custom colors or size you've enabled. I can see how it may help with your course design, so I've shared your thoughts with our team!

The other weird thing about the bullets & numbering is changing the size. When I make the font larger, the numbers don't change.

Cass, it must be a bug that somehow came out with the last update? It really is rough because it's the first thing that people notice.
It would be great if this issue was resolved quickly. Additional features (like the ones Angela mentioned) would be nice, but something as important as alignment is a "must" in my mind.

If I could manipulate the spacing, I think we could fix it to a numbered list instead. Do you know of a trick to narrow the spacing?
