Numeric Entry Fields & Reports
I have two Issues
1. Numeric Entry data: I have added a numeric entry field and now I want what the user types into the box to be on the LMS report. I am using this as a unique ID number assigned to a study patient. I have set the variable as Random, and value of 0-5000.
2. Survey Answers Reporting: I have added several survey and quiz questions throughout the module.

- I have included a Quiz Result slide and formatted the Quiz Settings for all the quiz slides under Final Assessment and checked the boxes for the survey and quiz questions. However, the survey questions were not in the LMS report. I need the answers from both of them to be reported to the LMS.

Do you have a results slide, you should have one and questions need to be assigned to the results slide
Also that should be a survey question if you want it in the LMS
I thought I had entered it as a survey question, but apparently not.
So, I did reenter it as a survey Text Entry question. However, can their entry include numbers? I did assign it to the results slide as well. I guess I will give it another try. Thank you for your response.
