NVDA screen reader is not recognizing Articulate rise

Hi, 

I recently had NVDA installed. It will read everything except Articulate Rise. I've tried moving between Browse Mode and Focus Mode. I've tried publishing my Rise course to Web. Nothing is working. Is there a setting in Rise that I need to change so that NVDA will recognize it?

    Hi KellySchoby! Sorry for the trouble! NVDA should read a Rise 360 course, whether it is in Rise 360 or published for Web. I'd be interested in more details if you don't mind sharing.

    • Are you seeing this in a specific browser or multiple?
    • Are you navigating the course with keyboard shortcuts or using your computer mouse?

    If possible, could you provide a screen recording of the behavior you are seeing?

     

    We have an article that shares details on the expected behavior when navigating through a Rise 360 course with a screen reader if that helps in the meantime!
