Object/Button Triggers on Slide are Inexplicably Linked

I am working on a slide in Storyline 360. Every time I add a trigger to an object, that trigger is automatically added to all other objects on the slide (it is doing the same thing with buttons). If...

This is usually an indication that there is a corruption in the project. Try exiting out of SL and closing your computer. If that doesn't work, recreate the project from scratch, and as a last resort, re-install SL>

Thank you for your help! I guess it is re-install time. Closing the computer did not work, signing in through a different computer did not work, and signing in through my personal Articulate account did not work!
