When I tested the issue using your project file, I couldn't replicate the behavior you described. Would you mind accessing this link and letting me know if you can replicate the issue? If the issue was only reported by users who accessed the course in Cornerstone LMS, I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to isolate the behavior:
- Publish and test your course in Review 360
- See how your course behaves in another LMS like SCORM Cloud
Another way you can help us understand what's happening is by making a quick recording of the issue as it happens. If you can replicate the behavior in Review 360 or SCORM Cloud, try recording it and sharing it with us here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
