Once again: the encoder-7-64 process causes the CPU usage to spike unnecessarily
Just as had happened to me a few months ago (Case #01428020), encoder-7-64 process starts automatically and uses high CPU when I open Storyline files with videos, even without publishing.
I have performed a complete clean installation of Storyline build 3.127.38181.0, but the “encoder-7-64” process keeps launching automatically every time I open Storyline files containing videos.
