I was just in a great webinar with Maestro. Their team said that there are optimal image dimensions for each Rise image component. Where can I find this information in one place?

I have some resources for you about images in Rise 360! First, I have an article about best practices for images and videos. I also have a conversion from E-Learning Heroes where Tom Kuhlmann, our Chief Learning Architect, gives many recommendations for image dimensions in Rise 360.
