As for copying hyperlinks directly from Microsoft Word into Storyline 360, unfortunately, these two applications are different and there's currently no way to retain the hyperlink formatting when text is transferred between the two apps. You'll need to recreate the hyperlinks in Storyline 360 to get them to work properly.
