Peek File inserted in Presenter

Would you mind sharing how you are inserting your Peek 360 file into your Presenter 360 presentation so we can get a better understanding of what's happening? Did you make a recording using Peek 360 and then inserted the resulting video file into your presentation? 

If so, would you be willing to share a copy of your presentation file here or privately through a support case so we can take a look at it? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Regarding inserting a Peek 360 video, here are the steps to do that:

1. In Peek 360, choose to view your video on Articulate 360.
2. In Review 360, download the video to your computer.
3. Follow the steps in this article to add a video from a file.
