Picture naming related to exam reporting

I would like to be able to change the name of my image to accurately reflect what is shows.  This is primarily for reporting purposes with drag and drop questions. Frequently, I have to manually re-grade an exam due to computer limitations.  As you can see in the attached image file, the name "Sion Blue" never appears, and can only instead be tracked by the image size being printed on the report.  The same is true for all the other images on the slide.  This makes it EXTREMELY difficult to manually access if a question was answered correctly. 

Is there a way to correct this in Storyline360  v3.79.30921.0 ?

    Wow  - I just found my own answer after posting this in the discussion.  The answer is to right-click and open the image in media library and to rename it there.  It will then rename itself back in the slide also.   Hopefully this will help someone else.
