Plateau LMS launches SCORM 1.2 courses in a very small window.

We have published SCORM 1.2 course from Storyline 360 and uploaded on Plateau LMS. When the launch button is clicked on Plateau LMS, our course is opened in a very small browser window. Learners needs to maximize the window to view the course. This is not a good user experience. Can anything be done from Storyline/course side so that the course launches in a full window from Plateau LMS? From Storyline, the settings has been set to 'Scale player to fill browser' in Modern player.

Plateau was acquired by Success Factors what, 2011? There hasn't been a release since then under the name "Plateau", it was rolled into the Success Factors HRIS suite. Success Factors, in turn, was acquired by SAP later in 2011.

If you're really running Plateau LMS, it's at least 15 years old and you should consider replacing it with a supported, modern system. In my opinion.

Is this specifically Storyline courses published as SCORM 1.2, or are courses from other sources, which are also published as SCORM 1.2, affected?

I administrate the Saba LMS for my organization, and I have complete control over the player templates used for multiple content-object types, including whether or not a header or footer is displayed, whether the content is launched in a new window or displayed in-line, if a TOC or navigation controls are displayed, and what the initial horizontal and vertical dimensions, in pixels, are.
