Player Menu Not Loading

When I click on the Player Menu as I need to remove the menu side bar, it comes up with 'Articulate Storyline Error Report' saying something went wrong! I really need to remove the menu side bar bef...

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues when attempting to open the Player Properties. Let me ask you some questions to try to narrow down the problem:

  • Are you working from a local hard drive? Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior. 
  • Is this happening with a specific .story file only, or anytime you use Storyline?
  • Have you attempted a repair of Storyline 360? Here are the instructions.

If the repair doesn't solve your issue, or if it's happening with a specific .story file, I'd recommend opening a support case with our engineers.
