Player Style Dropdown Not Available

Trying to change the player style to the Modern player and the dropdown isn't available. This is an existing course, upgraded from Storyline 2. What am I missing?

    Hi there, Alex!  Could you have a quick look at your Storyline 360 version?  Go to Help > About Storyline, and let me know what you see!

    Hi. I am having the same issue. The modern player is not available for me in Storyline 360. My version is v3.56.26219.0. By the way, it would be nice if you made the About Storyline page selectable so I could have copied that, or at least make it not disappear when I switch windows.

      Thanks for the suggestion, but no. Wasn't the modern player introduced over
      three years ago? Why would updating add it now? If that's the cost, I will
      stick with the classic player.

      I have no plans to ever update Storyline 360. I updated my laptop almost a
      year ago and it introduced a bug that essentially made Storyline on the
      laptop unusable. Your updates add features I don't need and a ton of bugs
      to features I use. I don't think you bug test your updates at all. My
      version of 360 is very buggy by software standards but at least I know how
      to work around most of them.

    Hi Shannon

    The version of Storyline is old I suspect you are a long way behind on the accessibility updates that have been added.

    You should however have access to the modern player in that version.
