Player Submit Button Glitch?

I've never heard of that issue before, but I trust PhilMayor​ and his expertise. Here's what I think his point is:
If you delete the Try Again layer, but the question is still set to allow 2 attempts, the program still thinks it should show the Try Again layer if the user answers incorrectly the first time. But it can't do that, so it does nothing. When you click the Submit button again, you've used up the attempts, so the program shows the Incorrect layer (which still exists).
Thus, to fix the issue, be sure the Attempts field is set to 1.
Did you set a try again and then delete the try again layer? this is the main reason that happens.

Hey Phil,
Interesting! The template did have a Try Again layer but I deleted them. Double checked my slides to confirm the layer is gone.

Hi Judy!
OMG! That did it. I completely forgot about question attempts when deleting the Try Again layer. Mystery solved!
