Player Triggers
Can player triggers also be applied to layers? I have object triggers that
move the user from one layer to the next, but I can't figure out how to add player triggers that mimic those object triggers on layers.

I'm not sure what you mean by mimic the triggers. You can use the same triggers on a layer as you can on the main slide.
