Play/Pause Player Button Strange Behavior in Review 360
Thanks Steven,
I wanted to add that in addition to experiencing this issue in Review 360, it is also happening with a published SCORM package in our LMS.
A browser refresh sometimes resolves the issue, but not all the time.
What's strange is I am not experiencing this timeline behavior with other courses that my team has published to our LMS in the past. I have gone back into some of our old Storyline files and cannot spot any differences in the triggers we have set up for anything related to the timeline.
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this through the support ticket I submitted that you mentioned above.

Hello Jake,
Thanks for the additional details. I've added this to your support case so the support engineer handling the case can review it!

Was this resolved? I am having the same issue with audio starting over when my reviewers press play after pausing in Review360.

Hi MollyJarboe-682,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I checked JakeMcDonnell-5's case, and the troubleshooting step provided was to turn off all active browser extensions to see if these are what's causing the behavior. If you're using Microsoft Edge specifically, here's a guide on how to turn off extensions in Microsoft Edge. Additionally, please ensure you're using the latest version of your browser.
For Microsoft Edge, if the problem persists, you can try resetting Edge to its default settings by following these steps:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner and then click on “Settings”.
- On the left side of the window, click on “Reset Settings“.
- In the main window, click on “Restore settings to their default values“.
- To complete the restoration process, click on the “Reset” button.
- Reopen the browser and test your course.
If you're not using Edge and are still encountering the behavior, please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer for further troubleshooting.
