PNG images changed to JPG after upload
Our courses almost exclusively use png images, however some of them get changed to jpg on upload to Rise360. Is there a particular condition that triggers this, and how can we avoid it?

Hey Hamish!
This is a great question that seems to have a workaround to help your images stay clear. I'm not sure what triggers this situation in Rise360.
If you'd like an image to keep its specific file format and not undergo compression, you can opt-out of image optimization on a case-by-case basis. Add _NOPROCESS_ to the name of your image file. It'll upload and display exactly as you saved it, make sure to keep the filename free of special characters. Keep in mind that the 5GB file size limit still applies, and you could see an increase in your output file size.
So basically: just add it at the end of your filename, just before the dot: image_NOPROCESS_.png
