PNG images changed to JPG after upload
Our courses almost exclusively use png images, however some of them get changed to jpg on upload to Rise360. Is there a particular condition that triggers this, and how can we avoid it?

Thanks Gonzalo - it works great. It'd be good to get some clarity on when the conversion is triggered though.
