Possible to Change Marker Colors on a Labeled Graphic in Rise, Continued

I see that there was a similar post made approx. 3 years ago addressing this issue. I am not seeing the Marker Color change option that was mentioned then. Can I get some further guidance on where in the Labeled Graphic settings the Marker Color option may be?
