Rise Labeled Graphic Won't Zoom
Hello, Heroes...
Don't know when it began but Zoom image no longer works for any Labeled graphic I add to my Rise course. Zoom works for all other image types.
Is this a known issue?

The background image of a Labeled Graphic block cannot be zoomed.
Images located within hotspot cards, can be zoomed.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this. I was unable to replicate this behavior on my end.
Just to clarify, you're looking to have an image within a label zoom to a larger size for the learner. Is that right?Could you please let me know if you are experiencing this same behavior in a brand-new Rise 360 course?
As a troubleshooting step, I'd recommend double-checking in the top left corner of your block that you have enabled the Zoom image settings. You'll find this within the Format button:

Hi, Luciana... sry for the delay in getting back to you. I thought you could zoom the image itself, not the labels, but one of my teammates conveyed you cannot zoom the image. Could you confirm this? Thx so much!
