Reach 360 SSO Configuration - 409 Conflict Error with IDP Issuer URL (Expired Account Conflict)

Hi Articulate Community & Support Staff,

I'm currently trying to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for Reach 360 within our active free trial Articulate 360 Teams account. We've already have an articulate 360 subscription for our organization. But since we are moving from Webhook to SSO and during the development stage we don't want to confuse the users, we had to create free trial accounts to test it.

We have 2 articulate free trial accounts:

Account #1: Expired

Account #2: Active

When I get to the step of adding our Identity Provider's (IdP) Issuer URL in the Reach 360 SSO settings of Account #2, I encounter an "Unknown error" message on the screen. Upon checking the browser's network developer tools, I can see this corresponds to a HTTP 409 Conflict error.

I believe the reason for this conflict is that the exact same IDP Issuer URL was previously used to configure SSO in Articulate 360 Account #1 that also belonged to our organization. This older account has since expired. While we still can access it, there's no way to remove those SSO settings in Account #1. Therefore, there's no way for me to transfer all settings in Account #1 to Account #2 manually.

My goal is to use this specific IDP Issuer URL for SSO with our current, active free trial Articulate 360 account (Account #2). It seems the previous association with the expired account is preventing this.

Any guidance or direct assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
