Congratulations on your first E-Learning Heroes Community post! 🎉
Good question; I'm happy to share some insight into it. Once you've added your post-quiz review to your question slide in Form view, you can customize the shape added to the Review quiz layer to cover the question and answers. Here's a suggested workflow:
