Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are creating with your Storyline 360 project. I'm not sure which specific animations you are using, but I can share some information to help.
We have documentation about which PowerPoint animations are supported when imported into Storyline 360:

You can see what is currently on our feature roadmap and additional support for animations and transitions are not on the list at this time:

If you are using a supported animation, then we would want to take a look to understand what you are experiencing. If that's the case, I'd like you to share your Articulate Package with our support engineers. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
