Powerpoint Import failure

I try many different ways that I found from this forum , but it never able to import, please refer to the below error report . Thank you

  • Hi Kalin,

    I'm happy to help troubleshoot this issue and would like to start with these items:

    1. Rename the PowerPoint presentation to a simple name such as test.pptx
    2. Move the PowerPoint file to the root of Drive C:, to avoid illegal characters in the path. Try importing again after applying steps 1 and 2.

    We'd be happy to look at your PowerPoint file if none of the above solutions work. Would you be willing to share a copy of your PowerPoint file here or privately through a support case so we can look at it? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
