PowerPoint Scenario Converted to Rise
I found this old scenario mock-up that Jeanette made a few years ago and wanted to see how I'd build the same thing in Rise.
- Here's the original which was created in Articulate Presenter (requires Flash player). It was made up of 31 slides. I used this as an example of where PowerPoint breaks down as an e-learning tool.
- Here's the interactive scenario in Rise. Building the demo was pretty easy. And once I had the template for the first one, I'd just need to duplicate it and swap out content. A whole lot easier than building it in PowerPoint.
Love the side-by-side comparison, Tom! :) The Rise version is way cleaner and easier to navigate.
Is the PowerPoint file available as a download?

Thanks for the proof of concept. It helps me with the decision making phase before any slides have been built. I always take a long time to decide what technology to use. So a side by side is helpful. The Rise solution is the most visually appealing.
