PRIMER: How to Branch in a Rise Course
Hey Everyone,
Is it possible to create a Storyline/Rise Course with the following triggers? This would be great to steer training volumes for the same training if a new or more experienced colleague performs it.

JanRippel: The image inserted with your question is a screenshot of the intro to my Rise course about branching in Rise, which I assume you accessed via the link in my original post above.
That course follows those paths, and the content in the paths explains how the course is set up.
So, obviously, it is possible to set up a Rise course with that branching.
It is also possible to branch in Storyline.
If you have further questions about how to do something in one of your courses, I suggest you start a new discussion. That increases its visibility, which makes it more likely to get replies from multiple folks with different ways to approach the problem. Having each new question in its own discussion thread also makes it easier for others to find potential solutions when they have a similar problem.
I also suggest clearly describing the following: What you want to happen, what is not happening that should happen, what is happening that should not happen, and what you have already tried.
If it's a Storyline question, it also helps to upload a .story file for troubleshooting. Here are the best practices for doing that:
- Only include slides that are related to the problem.
- Be sure objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
- If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with “ipsum lorem” text.
