Print Results Button

I saw you posted in a few different spots about Printing issues, and it looked like Crystal may have helped in one of those discussions. For your Review set up, it would help to see the file in question so that we can understand the triggers you've set up and where you're directing the learners to with that button. I'd also want to check that you've set the course up to Resume where the learner left off so that they'd have access to that button. 

If you can share your file here, we'll take a look as soon as we can and it also allows folks in the community to weigh in too. Feel free to also use that link I shared earlier to send along to our Support Engineers! 

Is it possible to remove the answers from the printed Results?

Can you make sure your Results Slide is reporting all of the questions? It sounds like there might be questions that aren't reported.

Also, are you using Graded Questions or Survey Questions? 

If you can share your file, that would be helpful too!

How can I make sure that the questions come out of the printed results?
At the moment I get a screen like the one attached, although I have entered the title to each slide of the question.

Do you know what version of Storyline you're using?

You can check by going to:

We are currently on Build 3.43.22859.0 Storyline 360. You can read all of the details here.

I did a quick test, published here, and I'm seeing the question text as expected:

Thanks so much. I confirm that I am using the version indicated by you.

In the link you sent me, on the print page I see the question correctly. In what format did you publish the survey?
I published it in Review 360, to insert the object in Rise: could this be the problem?

Thanks for confirming you are seeing what I'm seeing, Alice.

I published to LMS since I didn't know how you were publishing and we're talking bout 'Results' so I assumed LMS.

That should not be the problem and to confirm, I published your course to Review 360:

• Added to Rise 360 course

I'm seeing the expected results in these environments as well.

I'm attaching the sample file I used for you to test. With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Hi Everyone.

I have a set of 16 questions and we want that the print button should also show the username and roll no. captured in text boxes in the beginning of the quiz on the print page.

Also, is it possible to send the print data (instead of a new tab) to an email with all details?

Storyline doesn't include an email results feature as detailed here, so you'll want to look at solutions provided by other community members such as this discussion here:
