Print Results is not showing me answer detail, when I revisit the
Hi there everyone,
I have searched and searched for an answer on this and I have seen the question posted before on this site but the information is a bit scatty or the few answers do not seem to have helped us. We have always had the problem with the Print results where you take the quiz and then you click the Print Results the questions, answers and date are all good. Report looks great. But then, if we revisit the quiz not even a few minutes later, or the next day all we get is there first couple of lines. The questions and the student answers do not reappear. We have tried tweaking and untweaking all the settings we can think of like resumed state or reset to initial state. I have tried clearing the cookies of the browsers that the report open in, to no avail.
This has happened whether we have published the Quiz for LMS and uploaded to our own Moodle in a zipped file or when we publish to CD and open from our local drives. We have tried with an unchanged report.html or a highly tweaked customized report.html. It works just great, we have no problem setting it up or viewing it...but only the first time. If we reopen the Quiz, we hardly get a report at all. Does anyone have any ideas? I will add some screen shots so you can see what I am referring to.I know ho to add a print button to the report and yes, they can print it but what if they cannot do so right away? What if they need to show it to someone like their manager the following day and they didn't print it out?
Suggestions would be fantastic because I feel we have tried what we can. It does not make any sense to me why it only works once. Thank you so much!
Hi everyone!
I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 75, we've included important fixes. One of the bugs we've fixed is:
- The print results report.html file didn't include every quiz and survey response when learners resumed the course.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you have any questions!

Hi Angela and welcome to the community!
I apologize for the trouble. This is an issue we're currently working to resolve.
Here's some additional information:
You may find that question and answer details are missing from your printed results when the following conditions are true:* You completed the quiz and exited the course.* You resumed the course and printed your results. This is a known issue.I've added this thread to our database, so please be sure you're subscribed. Also, we'll post more information here as it becomes available.Thank you! - AgataWlodarczykCommunity Member
Hi Christine,
I was wondering if there have been any updates since this was posted. I stumbled upon the same issue and I am curious if there is anything I can do on my side to fix this.
Thanks!
Agata
Hello Agata and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know that you're experiencing a similar issue.
This is still an open issue with our team. I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.

Hi guys, I have just launched a Storyline 360 project where pilots work through a quiz in their downtime, but might need to 'save and exit' a few times before getting to the final 'results' slide. The 'print results' screen (a key part of our process so the instructor pilot can feedback) is showing some 'student answers' but many from the first half or so are missing. See screenshot of top of 'print results' page.
Is this issue going to be resolved please? Hi everyone!

Hi team,
I am testing a course package published to the web. The final results report appears blank without the quiz-wise scoring details. Is this how it will be when the course is taken on local desktop?
Please advise. Thanks in advance.
Hello Prakash_IQMD,
Happy to help!
Publishing a course for web distribution should still allow the quiz question details to appear when the results are printed. I tested this on my end and here's what my web published output looked like when printed:
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check how you set up your quiz? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Thanks, Jose.
I have submitted the file via a "support case" message.
I am new to Storyline (& with no clue about programming) & today is my last day of trial period. It's most likely my mistake somewhere. If it is not, perhaps my submission could help others. So, you can keep the file (if you wish) as a sample of what a newb can do with SL.
As an ID specialist, I picked both Rise & Storyline to test if these much-touted software could survive my instructional design test on them (i.e., do these s/w enable e-learning stickiness or just help create "pretty" web pages). Attached herewith is the ID strategy I wanted to implement using Rise & SL. They passed my test.
The results:
I am sharing this for Articulate to know how an ID sees their aforementioned software.
My sincere thanks to Articulate for this FOC trial period. The experience was quite good--both with the software & with the community. Special thanks to JudyNollet & PhilMayor... quite the super heroes.
Though the software is unaffordable to me, I will recommend it to other (rich) people. :D
