Private Content - Admin Permissions
Hi eLearning heroes,
I am a newbie and would like to know if an individual with an admin role can view or edit 'private' content that I create.
Thanks and happy holidays!

This User Guide article discusses content ownership:
Based on that article, there is a difference between personal and shared content.

I do not believe that you can create "private" content with Storyline. However, because Storyline is housed on your local system (C:\(user)\Documents) and the projects are saved there, it would be reasonable to conclude that your projects are "private" if your system is not connected to your organization's greater network.
As I understand the Articulate architecture, a user with "admin" privileges simply has the ability to oversee who has the Articulate360 suite installed.
Hi Ernesto!
Glad to see the community has been helping you. Happy to share some additional insight!
For web-based content such as Rise 360 courses or items that were published to Review 360, admins or account owners cannot see content created by seatholders of their subscription, unless it is shared with them.
Regarding Storyline 360, as Joe shared, .story files are saved to the local drive of your personal machine. We advise against working off of network drives as it can cause erratic behavior. If you choose to do so, theoretically, colleagues who have access to that same shared drive (and an active Articulate 360 subscription) would be able to access your .story files.
The article Judy shared is a great reference! For a deeper dive into Articulate 360 Teams roles and permissions please refer to this user guide.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!
