Your screenshot suggests that you're trying to embed an online video using the video's embed code. Videos added from a file should look like this, with a thumbnail:
Note that embedded videos can't be viewed during preview mode. You'll need to publish your course to see the video or download it and upload it to Storyline 360 from a file. If this isn't the case for you, please share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can check your video. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
