Problem adding XLIFF on the label language

I’ve been trying to import an XLIFF file into Rise to update the label language, but it doesn’t seem to work as expected. When I upload the file, it does pick up the file title, but the actual content remains in the default language and none of the translated labels are applied.

Any help would be appreciated.
