Problem completing courses
it is likely it timed out, does your LMS logout after a specific time?
Hi PhilMayor:
We have an action in the last slide with the article accion Complete the course at the begining of the timeline. For that reason I think It is not problem of timed out in the LMS.
I access with their user and inmediatly is completed.
But if it had timed out before they reached that slide it could be, when you are talking about small numbers, it is more likely the platform, the user or the course in that order.
Can you see if it a specific version of Android?
Final thought do you load the course in a popup? The window/tab below may be uploaded to save resources which can cause a connection loss. Should be simple to replicate on a desktop by opening the course and then closing the parent
