I'm developing a course in Khmer language, and it looks really messy since there are double characters and not readable. Currently, I'm looking for the solution or workaround regarding this issue.

Sorry, you're running into this issue where Khmer Characters aren't displaying properly when courses are previewed/published! We've logged this as a bug, and I've linked this discussion to the report.
We do have a workaround documented which is to disable the Modern Text feature by going to Design > Fonts >and unchecking Modern Text.
