Problem: Review 360 courses now all in read only mode?
Two months later and this is still not resolved. Any updates?
Hi ContentDev-a046,
Thanks for checking in on this.
I understand the confusion, but this is currently the expected behavior for Review 360. A published Storyline course with media on the first Slide will require the viewer to click on a Play button to start the course.
Until the course is started, Review 360 keeps the item in read-only mode, which means commenting is temporarily disabled. Once the viewer clicks Play and the course begins, commenting will become available as expected. If reviewers or SMEs aren’t aware of this step, it can seem like they’re unable to access or comment on the content, even after entering a valid email address.
However, we do realize that the user experience can be improved. We're tracking a feature request to introduce better messaging in Review 360 that highlights this requirement. I've included your voice in the report, and we'll be sure to notify you if we release a future update that helps!
