Problem while using the eyedropper

Hello Shubham! Sorry you are having issues with the eye dropper tool.
I tried testing it on my end (version 3.71.29339.0 of Storyline), and it seems accurate and responsive.
Are you experiencing this problem across all of your courses or just this one in particular? Also, are you using a secondary monitor? I found some other users who ran into a similar issue that was caused by having a multiple monitor setup.
