If you could share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case, as well as a brief summary of the issue you're experiencing, I'll be glad to take a look at why you're experiencing problems with the audio files in your project file.
One troubleshooting step that you can do before sharing your file is making sure that your triggers are properly setup to prevent any audio files from playing unexpectedly. You can also import your slides over to a new project file to see if this helps. If none of these help, feel free to share you file for testing!
