Problem with audio files in RISE interactive blocks with markers
Hi, as of afternoon on 9/29/2020 I lost ability to upload an audio file to a item on Interactive block with labeled graphic in RISE 360. The "Record Audio" option is not working, I cannot record or...
I am having this problem today in the process block trying to upload audio from a file. It allows me to grab the upload, but then doesn't embed and there is no error message. Any thoughts? I am able to record directly though. Also tried chrome and edge and two different computers.
