Problem with comments in Review adressed to an old account

Hi everyone,

Before the summer, I have deactivated an account for someone and I gived this licence to a new coworker. I have also shared all the courses she had to this new coworker.

But now, the old coworker is still receiving some emails when someone put a comment in Review even if the account is attributed to the new colleague.

What can I do to solve this ?
