Problem with immediate feedback in Drag and Drop

I'm having an issue with a drag and drop exercise I created. In particular, I want the user to get immediate feedback, either "CORRECT" or "INCORRECT" when they drop a series of items onto either of two drop zones. My problem is that the immediate feedback doesn't always work. I've tried re-ordering my triggers but that hasn't solved the problem. I'd really appreciate it if some of the Heroes out there could take a look at my slide and let me know how I can fix this. Alternatively, if you've got an easier way of doing this let me know. Thanks.
