Problem with importing SCORM package into LMS

Since yesterday, I’ve been downloading the SCORM package of one of my e-learning courses in order to re-upload it to our LMS. However, when I try to open the course in the LMS, it doesn’t launch — instead, the LMS home page is displayed.

I compared the new SCORM package with an older version of the same course and noticed that the new file is much smaller than the previous one. It seems like Articulate might be doing something different to the file during the download or export process. I've tried many different things, but unfortuanetly I can't find the answer to this problem. Can someone help me?
