Problem with link color changing when URL is added.

In the past when working in Rise, when adding a link to text, I changed the text color to our brand color, underlined the text, then added the URL, in that order. However, recently when I add the link after changing the color and underlining, the text color changes back to black, and I can't get it to go back to the brand color for the text. Once the link has been added, I cannot change the text color...I can only edit the URL or unlink. What changed recently that would cause this? And, more importantly, how do I get the text to be the color of my choosing?
