Thanks for reaching out about the issue you're experiencing with viewing your course in Review 360. May I ask what browser the reviewers are using? Have they tested the course in a different browser?
Is this issue happening with only this course? If so, please try publishing the course again for Review 360. If these suggestions don't work, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers in a case for further troubleshooting!
