Problem with Storyline Freeform DND Sub Sandwich Recipe Sequence

I would have thought the interaction would be done when you drop rather than drag as that would mirror the real world.
The other issue is that the objects when visible stack in the correct order rather than the incorrect.
I would put all the objects on the bun on layers and show the layers and do the score based off their position, try this file.
