I'm happy to share the solution that worked for Olaf! Upgrading their project text resolved the font issue. Here's how you can apply that solution.
If you see something different and repairing Storyline doesn't improve things, would you be willing to share your Storyline file with us so we can investigate the issue further? You may also share it privately by sending it along in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
