Problemas abriendo un proyecto
Hola,
Gracias

Hi AngelTardon,
Sorry to hear that you've run into problems with your project file.
The error message you shared typically indicates your project file has encountered some form of data corruption. There may still be a working version of your project in your temp files. Here's how to check:
1) Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
2) Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
3) Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.
4) Double-click the file to open it in Storyline. If you cannot locate a working backup, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check to see if anything is recoverable from the corrupted file.

Buenas tardes, no he podido llevar a cabo esta acción debido a que no encontré el archivo *.tmp. Recientemente me cambiaron el ordenador y esta información no está. ¿Qué otras acciones puedo llevar a cabo con este archivo? Gracias
Hello AngelTardon,
I see that you've opened a support case and that you're working with my colleague Luiza. You're in excellent hands!
We'll continue the conversation over in your case.
Have a wonderful start to your week!

Hello LucianaPiazza , thank you very much for your kind words. Unfortunately, technological limitations prevent Luiza from being able to help me, as the file is corrupted and cannot be opened or edited. So I’ll have to invest my time again in starting over with this tool. Thank you very much for your well wishes, and have a good afternoon.
