Quando coloco vídeos nos cursos criados e salvo como Scorm, as telas com vídeos ficam carregando e não abrem.
Conseguem me ajudar sobre o que devo fazer para essas telas rodarem e ficarem mais leves? Já compactei o vídeo no HandBrake, mas sem sucesso.
Are you decompressing them before you insert them? Are you testing them in an LMS? SCORM packages don’t run on a local computer.
After publishing, load the course to SCORMCloud, or Articulate Review. That will help you narrow the problem down. It it works on either of those platforms, the problem is your system. If it doesn’t, the problem is video or the project.

Sim, estou compactando eles antes de inserir e estou testando em uma LMS.
No Articulate Review ele roda perfeitamente, mas na LMS não.
Observo que quando salvo em Scorm é quando ocorre o problema.
A plataforma LMS possui outros Scorms com videos e rodam perfeitamente, por isso suspeitamos que seja alguma configuração que não estão sabendo fazer na criação.

Since your course works in Review 360, I recommend testing your course in a different LMS to see if the behavior is LMS-specific. You can use SCORM Cloud for this test.
If the issue only happens in your LMS, try re-encoding your videos in Handbrake to see if this helps. If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
are you using video quality 'Adaptive' (= HLS Streaming) ?
if yes, try quality 'Static'
