Problems bringing in screen recording from iPad
I have an iPad Pro running iOS 12 and when I record the iPad screen and bring that recording into Storyline 360 or Studio, the dimensions are reversed, resulting in a squashed video.
To demonstrate, put an iPad in landscape position and activate the screen recording feature. After the video is recorded, insert it into an Articulate product.
The video plays correctly in a video player and in PowerPoint if I insert it using the PowerPoint option. If I use Articulate Studio to import it, the video is again squashed.

So it appears the problem happens when the iPad screen recording is added directly to Storyline. If I import the video into a video editor on the iPad and export the result, everything looks fine. Not ideal but it gets the job done.

I wanted to update this discussion to share that we no longer see this issue where a screen recording recorded on an iPad or iPhone in landscape mode is imported with incorrect dimensions when using the latest version of Storyline 360, Build 3.61.27106.0.
